Some encoder-scheduling-related issues pushed this back about 40 or so hours. Sorry about that.

As mentioned on twitter, though, we will be using BS11 for every episode of this show. It airs roughly 2 days after Daisuki does.

Also, excuse the larger filesize for this show, our encoder chose to preserve the show’s grain, and attempt to preserve as many of the art-style’s fine details as possible.

I’m sure it goes without saying, but given the artist of the OP (fuck you, OLDCODEX) the transcription of the “English” section of the JP lyrics is a best guess. We’ll be sure to fully update the OP as soon as we get access to official lyrics.

        Obviously, we won’t officially support anything that goes wrong by muxing these in, but you’re totally welcome to post them, and others can use them so long as you and they understand that. :)

        • They have said on Nyaa that they don’t want to and blame players being bad. I fully respect people subbing this stuff in their free time, but if something is clearly a mistake and it confuses the player, it’s not the player’s fault. Why not just patch and v2 it? Can’t take more than 2 minutes. Keep in mind that many of us watch this on a TV with a remote friendly media center and switching players is not really an option.

          • Even with this issue, it’s not affecting playback, only the duration display. I don’t consider this a critical issue and as such I won’t v2 a working file.

            On top of that, the latest updates of players fix this issue, being out of date isn’t a reason for me to push a patch, and I’d highly recommend updating if you’re on a PC, and using DeadFish if you’re on another device. Media devices will fall over at our releases’ KFX anyways.

          • I was talking about the script SANYA posted. They took time to edit in honorifics and change name order, but didn’t remove that line. Was just saying with the rest of their edits they could have done that.

        • Yes, I’ll keep up. As for why I didn’t delete the line, well I don’t even check for that. My main focus is on editing Illya atm, but I’ll get these done quick once released.

      • I finally got around to watching God Eater’s TV series, so I decided I’d update your scripts against the latest GJM batch scripts. Thank you very much for adding honorifics and naming order. I can deal without honorifics, but the western order kept throwing me off.

        I also reduced the diff between SANYA and GJM’s scripts by removing Aegisub metadata changes and what appears to be a difference between the Aegisub versions used to generate the scripts with comment placement.

  8. Is it just me, or the mins shows me of the episode one is “2:00:04”.

    • It’s a bug caused by a blank line that got left in the script.

      If your setup includes Haali splitter, then you’ll see this.

      Remove that and/or update your codecs and it should go away.
